Delete your Bazarse account

In the Bazarse app

• Open the Bazarse app and go to My Bazar, then Settings.
• Tap "Delete my account" (it is also on the Privacy page in Settings).
• Tap "Delete forever" to confirm.

In the Bazarse Business app

• Only the owner can delete a business. Open the side menu and go to Settings, then Account.
• Tap "Delete business", read what will be removed, type DELETE and confirm.
• If you have more than one business, each one is deleted separately.

Without the app

Send "Delete my Bazarse account" from your registered mobile number on WhatsApp, or email us with that number. We confirm that the number is yours and delete the account within 7 days. The contact details are at the end of this page.

What is deleted at once

• Your profile: name, mobile number, email, date of birth, gender and photo.
• Saved addresses and recent places, favourites, saved items, your lists and family lists, carts and blocked businesses.
• Your Bazar AI chats and memory, chats with a business's AI, notifications, stock alerts, clip likes and Streets trips.
• Your coins, your privacy choices and your notification sign-up on this phone.
• For a business: its Bazarse page, products, offers, clips, staff access, and its AI's memory and talks. The place stays in the public business directory as unclaimed.

What is kept

• Past orders, bookings, offers used, bills and chats stay with the businesses you dealt with, as their records. They show the name and number you used with that business.
• Reviews you wrote stay on the business page as "Bazarse member", without your name or number.
• The Bazarse phone line's call log keeps the time and length of calls, without your number.
• For a business: wallet payments and invoices stay for accounting and tax, for as long as the law requires.
