What Bazarse is

Bazarse is a platform where local businesses show their offers, products, prices, services and timings, and where customers find them, claim offers, order, book and chat. The business, not Bazarse, sells the product or gives the service, sets its prices and offers, and is responsible for its quality, stock, bills, taxes and licences.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use Bazarse.
• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep the code to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One mobile number has one account. Give true details in your profile.

Offers, orders, bookings and coins

• Each offer follows the rules, dates and limits the business set and the app shows. A business can end an offer when its stock or limit runs out.
• Unless the app shows another way to pay, you pay the business directly when you visit or receive your order.
• Prices, stock and timings come from the business. Please check them with the business before you pay.
• Coins are rewards you can use on Bazarse as the app shows. They are not money: they cannot be cashed, sold or moved to another account.
• If you often do not turn up for orders you placed, we may limit how many orders you can keep open.
• Problems with a product or service are settled with the business. Tell us through Need help in the app and we will help where we can.

AI on Bazarse

Bazar AI and each business's own AI answer from the information on Bazarse. They can make mistakes, so check important details such as price, size or timing with the business. An order, booking or token made through an AI is placed only after you clearly say or tap yes.

For businesses

• Show only true details: your business, products, prices, stock, offers and photos. Keep them up to date.
• Verification documents must be genuine and yours. Being verified on Bazarse is not a promise about your goods or services.
• Serve customers the offers and prices you publish, and give proper bills.
• Paid features (such as AI minutes, WhatsApp bills and promotions) are charged to your Bazarse wallet at the rates shown in the Bazarse Business app.
• Customer details you get through Bazarse may be used only to serve that customer.

What is not allowed

• False or misleading information, fake reviews, or reviews of your own business.
• Misusing offers, coins or referrals, for example with many accounts.
• Selling or listing anything illegal, unsafe or not allowed by Indian law.
• Harassing businesses, customers or our team.
• Copying Bazarse's data with bots, or trying to break or overload Bazarse.

We may remove content, hide a listing, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Your content

Reviews, photos, videos and listings you add stay yours. You allow Bazarse to show them on Bazarse and in search results, and to resize them for display. You must have the right to share what you upload.

Responsibility

We work to keep Bazarse running and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, Bazarse is not responsible for the products, services, prices or conduct of businesses, or for losses that come from using the platform.

Changes, closing your account and law

• We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Using Bazarse after a change means you accept it.
• You can delete your account at any time: see bazarse.in/delete-account.
• These terms follow the laws of India. Courts at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, will decide any dispute.
